More Effectiveness - better Results

Deep Work Coaching - simply explained

The DWC method

Dr Annelen Collatz has developed her own very effective coaching method that tracks down and resolves the issue behind the issue. It is a mixture of clarification-orientated coaching, hypnosis and working with transgenerational experiences.
Deep Work Coaching® (DWC) from AC Campus goes far beyond "normal" coaching. While other approaches focus on finding solutions for the current situation and looking at the person in the system, Deep Work Coaching starts at the source of the problem.

The approach is based on scientifically sound models. DWC transfers clinical, psychological knowledge to practice-orientated application in everyday life.

The DWC concept

DWC combines the best of three different schools of psychology. The three cornerstones of Deep Work Coaching® briefly explained.

Clarification-orientated
Part

Beliefs and the resulting feelings arise from the consolidation of biographical experiences. They unconsciously control our perception, information processing and behaviour. Through clarification, we find the core belief on which many other beliefs are based and restructure it.

Hypnomethod according to
Milton Erickson

This method gives us access to the unconscious. Inner knowledge and unused skills and resources can be utilised. This triggers personal development processes. The clarification process serves to break down blockages and unconscious inner resistance.

Deep
Solving

Beliefs are not only the result of personal experience. They can also be passed down through generations (epigenetics). With the help of a light trance state, the belief can be dissolved and transformed with pinpoint accuracy - namely at the deepest point of origin. As a result, the issue loses its relevance and leads to a sustainable and lasting change.

Clarification-orientated approach
(person + scheme)

Detect, explore, change or dissolve dysfunctional beliefs.

Hypnotherapeutic approach
(person + unconscious)

The person has everything they need to solve the problem. Coaching enables involuntary, unconscious knowledge to be utilised.

Deep Solving
(Person + Generation)

Change through dissolution of the core belief and positive restructuring at the point of origin.

Find the core and the issue is gone!

Successful in the coaching process

Just a few coaching sessions, in which the deep causes of the problem are addressed, are sufficient and usually have a powerful effect.

Pragmatic and realisable solutions are formulated. Self-esteem is strengthened and existing blockages are dissolved.
Persistent stressful situations can be dealt with quickly and dysfunctional beliefs are resolved sustainably at the point at which they arose.

Stressful conflicts are finally resolved and do not return.
