Modules

The training programme comprises a total of eight modules. After each module, you will be able to successfully apply the methods you have learnt in your own coaching processes.

Target: Working out and restructuring the core belief system

Background: Beliefs and the resulting feelings influence perception mechanisms, expectations and learned behaviour patterns (game level). If the core belief can be found and restructured, the schema and then the issue itself become less relevant. This opens the way to alternative expectations, perspectives and behaviours.

Contents:

  • In the first module, we look at the special features of DWC - Deep Work Coaching® and get to the heart of the problem. We focus on clarification and understanding processes and take a closer look at complementary relationship building in coaching.
  • Understanding and managing clarification processes, clarifying assignments and schemas and their development are our topics in the second module: The most important aspects of conducting and organising clarification-oriented coaching.
  • The deepening and specification of clarification-orientated coaching takes place in the third module: Special features and challenges of the successful coaching process. We organise a coaching session with clarification, look at the special features of each step in the process and learn basic intervention options, such as one-person role play.

Target: Know personality styles as a classification system for a quicker understanding of personality and rapid identification of beliefs.

Background: Every personality style is based on motives that have been deprived (not satisfied) in the biography. Individual beliefs develop and manifest themselves particularly through the repetition of negative experiences. These can be identified more quickly with the help of knowledge about the personality style.

Contents:
Module 4 explains the characteristics of a total of eight different personality styles (e.g. narcissistic, histrionic, obsessive or paranoid style) and their consideration in coaching. Clinical knowledge, adapted for the business context, is utilised for the coaching process.

Target: Using the unconscious as an additional instance in coaching to open up new perspectives.

Background: Hypnotherapy uses special principles such as utilization, destabilisation and casualness to change negative patterns of thought and behaviour. It promotes access to the unconscious and associative thinking. The actual cause of the behaviour and thought patterns does not play a role.

Contents:

  • The fifth module deals with the unconscious in communication. We train hypno-communication techniques in coaching with you, including hypnotic language patterns, proxy stories and the topic of resource activation.
  • In the sixth module, you will apply this knowledge in a practical way by using hypno-methods such as microtrancing, imagination or kinaesthetic tests to identify and work on issues.

Target: Dissolve beliefs exactly where they really originated.

Background: Beliefs are not only the result of our own experiences, they can also be passed down through generations (transgenerational experiences / epigenetics).
With the help of a light trance state, the methods learnt from the previous modules and a time regression, the belief can be precisely dissolved and positively transformed.

Contents:

  • In Module 7, you will learn deep solving. The experience you have gained with the unconscious up to this point will help you to dissolve blockages at all levels more quickly. Through the basic ideas of deep solving, beliefs are identified and the core belief is worked out and dissolved.
  • In Module 8, the deep solving approach is also extended for another day and the entire process is practised in a coherent manner. On the last day, the various approaches of clarification, trance and deep solving are efficiently combined in a case presentation in order to optimise the positive effect in everyday coaching.
