Why Executive Coaching?

As an executive coach, I work with executives and managers to help them achieve their professional goals, develop their leadership skills and enhance their personal capabilities.

In 1:1 coaching, it is important to me to better understand my client's personal strengths and weaknesses, to develop effective solution strategies for specific challenges and to develop them with my sustainably effective coaching approach of Deep-Work Coaching® activate your own resources. 

As an executive coach, I place particular emphasis on a holistic clarification approach coupled with the topics of effective communication, conflict management and strengthening social intelligence. The process is results-orientated and individually tailored to the client's needs and goals.

The Deep Work Coaching Approach®which encompasses the essence of three schools, in combination with clinical psychological knowledge, personality styles and complementary relationship building, contains a structured process that holistically and profoundly addresses the issues behind the cochee's topic and thus has a lasting effect and finally resolves the issue.

In our work, we concentrate directly on the cause of the motive. If we dissolve the beliefs, all the associated blockages automatically fall away at the same time.

With clarification-orientated coaching, I set in motion profound search processes that make it possible to track down dysfunctional beliefs - beliefs that trigger the coachees and push them to their limits.

With hypnocommunication according to Milton Erickson, I integrate the powerful subconscious in order to track down processes and set them in motion. This enables me to open up.
