A great start to the year - the first coaching training course in the new AC Campus premises! With an interesting mix of coaches, managers, trainers, consultants and HR experts. The participants were delighted with the cosy and tastefully designed coaching rooms, which they had not expected. Everyone was full of expectations and anticipation for the first module. During a live demo, the participants experienced how effectively and quickly the methods work together. After just a few minutes, the first issue was clarified and resolved.
At the end of the first module, we asked what the main reasons were for choosing DWC - Deep Work Coaching at AC Campus. The desire for personal development and to be able to work in depth with clients outside of therapeutic work was mentioned. Other reasons: to develop further as a manager and to be able to provide impetus for growth. To avoid pitfalls in work processes in the future, to learn an effective and sustainable method with which negative beliefs can be dissolved.
I was very touched by the responses. Especially reactions such as: "I think the special combination of several methods and schools is very well-founded, helpful and unique in this form!" or "For the first time, I have the feeling that I have arrived. Deep Work Coaching is a method that suits my way of working."
And so it continues: the second module takes place on the last weekend of February. We will be focussing specifically on clarification and how clarification can be designed in a goal-oriented way within the Deep Work coaching process.
