A clear view is all you need

Do you want to do something for your health? Then stop smoking, eat better and go jogging. Or make it easy for yourself and become an optimist. It has been proven that people who think positively live longer and are naturally happier. 

However, it is not easy for everyone to see everything through rose-tinted spectacles. That shouldn't be the aim - it helps a lot to look at the world with a realistic view. Not to relate everything to yourself personally or let it get to you. Of course, anyone who loses their job will be somewhat worried. But if they get up and straighten their crown, they can see the light at the end of the tunnel. 

How about a little exercise to start the week?

Just write it down, preferably with a pen in your hand and not typing: What do the following terms mean to you personally? Happiness, gratitude, pride, love, enthusiasm, friendship, feeling good, talent, surpassing yourself.

If you think about it and write down one or two sentences or keywords for each point, you will automatically steer your feelings in a positive direction. So the week can come, give it a try!
