There is no end in sight and\nWe can all feel how our lives are changing, usually dramatically. Interesting\nis what the press is reporting today: The Finns are once again ranked\n1 in the 'Global Happiness Report', making them the happiest and most\nhappiest nation in the world - despite corona. Is it because they have so much space in their\nthey have so much space in their country anyway that they can easily avoid each other\nand don't generally fear being alone too much? Just think about it:\nIt's winter there almost all year round! Who knows, maybe most\nFinns are just optimists and don't let things get them down so easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That is exactly what we should try to do. Therefore, in this\nunexpected and extraordinary time, I would like to use my blog to share ideas on how to deal\nwith negative news. There is more than enough of it every day and\nand, unless you live in Finland, they fuel fear and panic. Against this\nwe can do something about it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not only viruses are contagious, so are emotions. An\nexample: A child beams at you happily and you\nautomatically return an open smile. And they live\neven live longer. The good news is that nobody is born an optimist or a pessimist.\nborn a pessimist.
